Order policy

An order confirmation will be sent to you via email, which indicates that your order request has been received.
Order modification and order cancellation is not available after successful payment transactions.
We will only accept requests for modifications and cancellations for below circumstances,
.One or more of the products in your order are out of stock.
.The product you have ordered does not meet the quality standards.
.An error was found in the pricing or product description.
.Unable to obtain payment authorization from your credit card.
Order confirmation does not represent as a guarantee of purchase.
If there is any abnormality in the order, our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue

Shipping rates and shipping times

Shipping cost is included in the purchase of the products. K-Pocket works closely with its carriers to provide a competitive shipping experience for our customers.
When shipping domestic or internationally, there may have different delivery speed options available during checkout, these are typically “Standard”, and “Priority”.
The time for shipment depends on the item availability and shipping option.
Below is an estimate on the speeds when choosing Standard or Priority Shipping at checkout.
Standard Shipping – As fast as 18 business days
Priority Shipping – As fast as 6 business days
Due to COVID-19, air travel has been restricted, which affects our ability to deliver products as quickly and efficiently as we do during normal times. International deliveries may take longer than usual and certain delivery destinations might see further restrictions.

SHIPPING POLICY

K-Pocket will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances outside K-Pocket’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters or unavoidable catastrophe, such as earthquakes, storms, winds, floods, dense fog, etc.;
K-Pocket will not be liable for any loss or damage caused due to force majeure, such as war, transport accident, crashes, embargo, strikes, riots or social unrest;
K-Pocket will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by personnel not hired by or contracted by K-Pocket, personnel such as shippers, recipients, customs, government officials or other third party associates.
K- Pocket is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, “Import Fees”), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):
• Product category and price
• Shipping costs and package weight
• Customs clearance channel
• Import taxes based on custom duty amounts
Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.
Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a form of identification before releasing a shipment, such as a Passport, Tax ID, etc.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. International customers should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Refund and return goods policy

At K-Pocket, all products undergo quality inspection before shipment. We ensure that the products are delivered to you in the best condition.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us in the following email:

A detailed inspection of the product will be carried out after we receive the returned product.
We will make appropriate return/refund arrangements if the claim is deemed legitimate.
All returned goods must be returned in an unused state.
Complete packaging, labels, tags and all the gifts that came with it must be returned unused.
Due to the color differences caused by using different displays, monitors on mobiles, tablets or computing devices. With the different display settings, the colors presented may vary with the actual product.
Returns and refunds do not apply to in this situation.

At K-Pocket, we provide a flexible return policy, making your online shopping experience easier.
We will record and monitor the number of customer returns, we reserve the right to terminate membership accounts or decline orders for reasons such as overabundance of returns, as well as any activity we deemed inappropriate.
